Names in the News
There was that silly NY Times article on people fascinated by their Google counterparts, the equally but more intentionally silly BBC article about the relationship between naming and personality traits, and finally there is this meditation on being a white girl with a black name. Unsurprisingly, the most honest and unflinching of these is the personal blog post by Shaniqua AKA Daisy. A really good read. Ah, racism.
